Jono Porters Memorial

Jonothan (Jono) Porter, Australia's own dirt bike hero, passed away peacefully (4pm today, 9th June 2004) at Nambour Hospital in Queensland. The 23 year old from Gladstone, QLD has been fighting for his life since an accident during the Maxxis Tyres Australian Motocross Championship at Coolum, Queensland on Sunday. Jono had died from severe neck and spinal injuries. Jono could not feel a thing from his head down to his feet.
